1. License Grant
Upon purchasing a License, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, modify, and use the Software to build commercial and personal applications, products, and services.
This License applies strictly to a single developer, tied to the single GitHub username provided during checkout. The source code may only be accessed, modified, and built upon by that purchasing individual. Sharing source files, granting repository access, or adding additional collaborators to private forks or projects for other developers is strictly prohibited. Every developer working with the raw source code must purchase their own separate License.
2. Permitted Uses
- Build end-user commercial products, SaaS applications, internal business tools, client projects, and websites.
- Modify, extend, or customize the source code to fit your specific application needs.
- Host, deploy, and execute the compiled code as part of your end-user applications.
3. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses
- No Multi-Developer Sharing: You may not share, transfer, or grant access to the raw source code or GitHub repository to team members, co-founders, contractors, or other developers.
- No Reselling or Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sub-license, rent, lease, sell, or share the original or modified source code, Starter Kits as a standalone product, boilerplate, template, starter kit, or UI library.
- No Open-Sourcing: Do not publish the Kit's source - in whole or in substantial part - to any public repository, paste-bin, gist, or AI training dataset.
- No Direct Competition: You may not use the Software to create a competing platform, developer marketplace, starter kit, or boilerplate distribution service.
4. Updates & Access
Your license includes lifetime access to future updates of the Starter Kit for as long as we continue to maintain and publish updates for the product. Updates are delivered directly via the private GitHub repository granted to you upon checkout. Loss of repository access resulting from a breach of this License Agreement does not entitle you to a refund.
5. No Refunds (All Sales Final)
Due to the digital nature of the software and immediate delivery of non-revocable source code via GitHub access, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or money-back guarantees once access has been granted. Please review product details and documentation carefully before purchasing.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
The Kit is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied - including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for evaluating whether the Kit is appropriate for your use case and for operating any deployment derived from it.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rani Rangari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Kit. Our total cumulative liability under any theory shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the license ($0 for free resources).
8. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms, including unauthorized redistribution or public code sharing. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Kit, delete all local copies in your possession, and remove the source code from any internal or private repositories under your control. Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing Law
This License Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
